On September 10th, 2011, your Danish Club will once again be hosting, the senior’s lunch at Amber Gardens on Carling Avenue. We have been offered the same menu as last year, with the bar beverages your individual responsibility.

The cost of $16.00 for members and $32 for non- members can be paid at the door. There will be a lottery draw in support of The Danish Canadian National Museum in Dickson. Check out the menu below and give Ted your selection when you call to reserve.

Root Vegetable Salad with Smoked Salmon and garnished with Marinated Vegetables (For those not favoring salmon there will be a salad with cheese)

MAIN COURSE
Choice between the following five courses:

A. Classic Veal Wiener Schnitzel ‐ crispy, lightly breaded served with spatzel or mashed potatoes.

B. House Veal Schnitzel ‐ with mushroom sauce and served with spatzel or mashed potatoes.

C. Beef Goulash ‐ stew served with spatzel or mashed potatoes.

D. Filet of Sole ‐ lightly breaded and served with rice.

E. Vegetarian Cutlets ‐ served with spatzel or potatoes.

Black Forest Cake and Coffee or Tea
